About

I work with organizations navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes communication environments, helping bring clarity, alignment, and structure to how work moves forward.

How I Work

My focus is not just on messaging, but on how communication functions in practice. I design communication systems that reduce ambiguity, support decision-making, and enable teams to operate with confidence, particularly in environments shaped by growth, constraint, or shared responsibility.

Experience

I began my career in corporate communications at MBNA Canada, supporting high-visibility initiatives where brand alignment, coordination across teams, and credibility under pressure were critical. That experience shaped how I approach communication in environments where trust, risk, and reputation are real considerations.

Since then, I have worked across corporate, nonprofit, and community organizations, often during periods of transition or change. I’m typically brought in to stabilize communication, clarify roles and expectations, and create structures that allow teams to move forward without relying on informal workarounds or individual effort.

While my work often intersects with design and systems thinking, I focus on creating the clarity and structure that allow teams to execute effectively and at scale.

Focus

I’m interested in senior communications roles within organizations navigating complexity, change, or regulated environments, where clarity, alignment, and trust are critical.
